When you do not have the required evidence to support an argument and the evidence that is available goes against what you want to acheive what do you do? Well you could try what the W.W.T. is attempting, either suggest a problem that then creates a possible panic or handle the situation the right way. In a nine page document in another attempt to to get lead banned in all shooting, it states: ‘HRH & others at Buckingham Palace may not be amenable to this – but if handled in the right way (new information, emerging risks, how could anyone have known etc) Prince Charles could be an advocate – unpredictable.’
